Target marketing is an excellent strategy used by savvy agents to determine where they will direct their marketing efforts to find the "most likely buyers" for their listings. Target marketing is also an effective strategy to employ when showing property. This course focuses on using target marketing when showing property to a prospective buyer. When used correctly, it helps real estate agent guide buyers as they make decisions regarding their purchase.

This course is not about developing a detailed Target Marketing Plan to sell a listed property.
This course is about understanding how to use target marketing when showing property.
