Instructor: Ed Mathews, Broker, CRB, GRI, SRES

In addition to being a regular instructor here at KAAR, Ed has taught at Tennessee Real Estate Educational Systems Inc. (TREES), the state's oldest and one of its most recognized real estate schools. Many KAAR members know and remember Ed from their pre-license training classes.

Ed has a BS in finance and history and was a mortgage loan officer with a bank in Georgia prior to moving to Knoxville. He was licensed in 1974 and has been an office manager and trainer at various real estate companies. He is a multi-million-dollar producer, subject matter expert (state law & regulations), a chair and member of the TAR Residential Forms Committee, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and TAR, and a 2014 KAAR board member.
