Lock Box Key Waiver

The MLS Committee and the Board of Directors of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® is now requiring all MLS subscribers who show property with a Supra Lock Box to obtain their own Lock Box Key. You may not share a lock box key.

You may be exempt from this ruling if you fall into one of the categories below and pending approval by the MLS Committee.

[ ] I am a licensed real estate agent employed by my broker in an administrative capacity only and I do not list, show or sell real estate in the Knoxville Area Association’s MLS.

[ ] I am a licensed real estate agent outside the Knoxville Association’s MLS Areas and will not be showing listings with a Knoxville Supra common lock box.

[ ] I will not have a need to “obtain access into” a property listed in the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS MLS.

If it is reported to the Association, that I have requested an agent to access a property with their lock box key in order to let me in, I will obtain my own lock box key immediately.
